Daily Habits



My full time job is working in a LTC pharmacy. It’s busy. It’s hectic. It’s full of unhealthy habits. 

I see coworkers eating out everyday. Pharmacists with large cokes everyday. People getting ice caps on a daily basis. 

They say, “I want to loose weight but it’s hard.” 

Hell yes it’s hard, but, it’s easier if you adopt daily habits to live by.

Daily habits like: 

1) pack a lunch the night before work
2) be mindful of what you eat everyday and every meal 
3) go for a walk during your break 
4) drink enough water 
5) listen to comedy on the way to work, on the way home
6) keep your emotions in check 
7) get enough sleep every night 
8) read 

I started replacing my daily walks with a 30 min workout at a gym nearby. 

I count my calories with the Fitbit app. 

What will you start with today

Make it a daily habit and you will loose the weight.
