Make it Count


The first phase of your workout is the most important for muscle gain. The first six months you will notice the most gains. 

Here is what will happen: 

For men:

Months 1-6 : 2 1/2 lbs per month 
Months 7-36: 1 lb per month 
Months 36+: 1/2 lb per month 

For women

Months 1-6: 1 1/4 lbs per month 
Months 7-36: 1/2 lbs per month 
Month 36+: 1/4 lb per month 

The best age time frame for muscle gain is between 20 and 40, afterwards you will loose a certain amount of muscle every year. 

So please don’t waste your time texting while working out. 

Focus on your goals. 

Make each workout count. 

Recovery is important. Invest in a foam roller. Get a massage. Cold shower. Hot tub.
