Ouch my butt.
Woke up this morning to an unusual pain. My butt is sore.
Guess it should be.
Why wouldn’t it be.
Yesterday morning I completed a 30 min all leg/butt workout.
Then at work I’m standing all day. Moving around.
Get home from work. While the tv is on I break out some sliders, (not the hamburger kind) and I do some interval skating for 20 minutes.
You want to loose weight? You need to push yourself. Hold yourself accountable. No one else.
My butt hurts. But my pride doesn’t.
