Intermittent Fasting The Things I Like About It


Intermittent Fasting 


The things I like about it:

1) Very hard to go over my calorie intake. 

2) I’m eating when I’m most active. 

3) Coffee has a stronger effect. 

4) I don’t feel as sluggish in the evening. 

While it isn’t for everyone, there are hunger cravings that I go through, especially in the morning. 

It isn’t reducing food. It isn’t eliminating a type of food. I’m still getting my macros in, just the timing is different. 

I pack my food the night before. Basically taking breakfast, lunch and supper to work. I may need to get a bigger lunch kit. Lol.
