Eat a bigger breakfast!
So..... Friday.... I am at work, and I had an omelette with cheese and a slice of bacon in it.
I thought, maybe I could have half for breakfast and the rest at lunch.
You see, by now it’s 930am and I am already hungry from my last meal at 5pm, Thursday. So... I eat it along with a container of blueberries and then I start work at 10am.
By noon I’m already weak and my stomach is growling like a tiger.
So I just had to eat....
Tip of the day, eat a bigger breakfast if your intermittent fasting.
