As I gained weight my blood pressure readings increased.
My doctor recommended blood pressure medication. He recommended reducing eating out, lowing salt intake, cutting back on fat.
The blood pressure medication made me dizzy at times, sweating more. I am now at three times higher then the original dose.
At no point did my doctor offer any fitness ideas, weightloss plans, talk about intermittent fasting, healthy fat is good for you, increasing protein intake, increasing fiber intake, meditation, sleeping habits..... nothing.... just the standard.... eat less salt and take these pills.
How did that actually help me?
How have I improve since the original diagnosis?
Don’t take your health for granted.
Make steps today to improve your health such as I am doing.
