I’m giving both a try.
The idea is to eat more carbs on your workout days providing you with extra energy, maintain your metabolism, and reduce a fat loss plateau.
Intermittent fasting is eating all your calories for the day within a certain time frame. I went with the 16:8 model which is supposed to be the easiest one to do. Basically I eat from 9 am till 5pm and any time after it’s just water or green tea.
It’s definitely left me craving a snack after work but so far I haven’t caved in. However, it’s been only two days since I started lol.
