About me


I have always been an active guy.

I started weight lifting when I was 15 or 16. 

I was into long distance running. 

I was in great shape. 

As I got older and more responsibilities came, so did the weight. I started making excuses to why I didn’t have the time to workout. 

Too tired....

No time to drive to the gym.... wait for the equipment and then drive home. 

Cost too much for memberships that I rarely went to. 

Excuses.... excuses....  then I looked into the mirror one day and didn’t like what I saw. How did this happen? 

Time to make a change. For my health. To make a difference in my life and others.
