Day 3 of IF

Give it time 

Day 3 of Intermittent Fasting and I actually had a good sleep.

Woke up feeling good. Energized.

Did my workout. ...... now I feel hungry..... can’t eat for another 2 hours. Coffee.... maybe that will do it. 

I do all this with knowing this is part of the process. My body doesn’t like me. 

I know my body will adjust to it. 

Just give it time  Just give it time.
