Recovery can be Cheap

Muscle tightness, soreness, how do you recover?

A bath, hot shower, cold shower, a massage?

A couple methods that I use, ranging from cheapest, to the most expensive are:

A squash ball. $2.99 from SportChek. I put it on the floor and rub my feet over it. Put it against the wall between my back and roll up and down on it.

The Stainless Steel Scraper $29.99 and the Jade Stone $18.90 both from Amazon. Are effective tools. I apply some massage oil first and then use the tools to scrape the muscles. Works great on legs, calf’s, feet, biceps, forearms.

Hyperice Shoulder Sleeve. $63.99. Just fill the bag with ice and press the valve to release the air and it forms a tight seal against sore shoulders.

Works amazingly well. When the ice begins to melt a bit press the valve again to remove more air.

And my most expensive treatment is the Hypersphere for $119.00

This Vibrating ball of treatment works wonders against my tight back, legs, shoulders, arms. It is small. Fits in your hand. I usually place it in the area that’s tight, while in bed, and let it do it’s job. It’s rechargeable, and multiple speeds.

Whichever method you use, recovery is an important step in your fitness plan. Recovery also means a rest day between workouts.

Recovery means, when your sick, your sick, don’t force yourself to workout if your not feeling well.

Recover and get healthy.
