1 Month Down 7 pounds




Now in the fat loss phase of my program I’m down 7 pounds in 30 days. 

My workouts have changed from lifting weights to a 3 phase Spartan SGX program I designed, as well as more cardio and CrossFit. 

My mood wasn’t the greatest at first, as I was adjusting to the change in calories. However, the grocery bill has decreased substantially since my protein intake isn’t as high as before. 

One important thing to consider if your trying to loose weight, if you are 180 pounds and you loose 10 pounds, your calorie intake should change. If you keep eating the way you were before, you will be eating an extra 840 calories a week
