No I’m Not Getting my Nails Done






So it may seem weird I’m posting something like this. 

I do wear the white socks to bed. 

It’s actually to help spread my toes back into proper position, which then provides a stronger support for my feet. 

Over the years your toes start to squish together, and, you can notice a tilt in your foot as you stand.  

I will wear the socks for a few months, and, then I will progress to the gel spreaders. 

You can put them on after work and even wear them overnight, you just want to start off slow at first, as, they may provide some discomfort at first. 

The gel ones should not be worn while walking as it is not safe.
