The three of us hopped in the truck and took a ride to Jasper last Saturday.
I packed my toner bands in the backpack.
Got to get shit done.
I tend to munch a lot on road trips while driving. Coffee, pop, Red Bull, beef jerky, pistachios, Reese pieces. So healthy.
So I know when I get to the hotel I have some work to do. Easy, portable, and heavy resistance, toner bands are a great tool to have.

Consistency matters.
I write down each and every workout. The only gaps I see are when I’m sick.
If you want to loose weight, or gain muscle, you need to stay focused, determined, and be like a freaking animal.
This is your health. No one is going to force you to workout. It has to come from within.
Really think about what you would look like 20 pounds lighter? 30 pounds lighter?
Get up, move that ass of yours. Before I smack it!
