It’s hard to make a healthy nutritious meal after you have been working all day. Trust me. I know.

However, what are we doing to our kids?
Children are the most at risk for developing obesity. Why?
Lack of exercise? For some, yes.
Foods dense in calories but poor nutrient value? Yes.
Dividing fat cells? Yes.
In youths, fat cells can grow fourfold before dividing and increasing in numbers. Once a youth becomes overweight the new fat cells are there for life.
Please don’t take the easy route with your kids that will make it harder for them in the future.
Teach them proper, healthy, eating habits when they are young, so, they will have a strong foundation for their future.
