Using TagCrowd to make your own Tag Cloud

 

One of the websites I recently stumbled upon is TagCrowd. It allows you to copy and paste text into a window and from that information it creates a cloud of words based on frequency of use. Here is an example:

You could take the text from a job posting and create a word cloud based on that information. It will quickly show you the words used repeatedly throughout the document in bigger lettering. See next example:

Now you can take those words and incorporate them into your resume and cover letter, making you stand out more when applying for the position and to that company.
