When we are motivated by goals that have deep meaning, by dreams that need completion, by pure love that needs expressing - then we truly live life.

Things you need to know:
- You will know that you are truly ready to retire when you have a clear "vision" of what your retirement will look like.
- To master your retirement, find a balance between your health, your relationships and your activities.
- The financial objective is to maximize after-tax income by minimizing income taxes. This issue alone can have great impact on mastering your retirement.
- You will never think you have enough money to retire. You will always feel you need more.
Questions you need to Ask
- Are you retiring "from" a bad situation at work OR are you retiring "to" a clear vision and journey that you are excited to embark upon?
- If you had more control over your working environment, would this influence how and when you retire?
- Do you "need" to continue to work so as to feel that you are remaining active and involved in the community or for your own enjoyment?
- Do you and your spouse have a different vision of retirment?
- What do you need to do to find the ideal compromise?
Decisions you need to make
- What is my retirement vision? My spouse's vision? How do we combine these two visions?
- What are my goals for retirement?
- Should I retire gradually?
- Should my spouse and I both reture at the same time?
Things you need to do
- Begin making a list of your Top 100 things you would like to do during your life.
- Begin to map out your timeline, when you would like to have things completed by.
- Think of your future in terms of health, activities, relationships and milestones.
- have you spouse complete the same three steps and compare your answers
